Steven grew
up in Southern California (Long Beach) and graduated
from USC with a BS in biology. He originally purchased
property on
the Plateau in 1969. After a successful career in
the high tech industry, Steven decided to create
a role for himself closer to home and founded
La Cresta Development He brings with him the
same professionalism, problem solving skills, and
ethics that made him a successful leader in
the computer industry.
Steven has pioneered the introduction of new materials
and techniques into this area's building industry,
including the first steel framed homes
in the Temecula Valley and San Diego. Over
the past 14 years, Steven has built a network of reliable
sub-contractors that work in concert with La
Cresta Development to find creative solutions that best meet his customer's
goals. Most importantly, Steven believes
in "doing the right thing". |

Raised
in Oregon, where he graduated with a Business Administration
degree from the University of Washington, Steve
Fulgham came to California with a diverse talent
set and a desire to create. Always having
an attitude of “you can do whatever you set out
to do” Steve has been successful in a
many careers, ranging from professional Motocross,
electrician, restaurant owner, cruise ship
director, and, most recently, ten plus
years in Senior Management within the
Computer Industry in both start-up and multi billion
dollar companies.
Steve, like Steven Mann, once in the community
he calls “home”, found the desire to
keep himself and his talents in the local community.
In addition to getting back to his early construction
roots, Steve has found great satisfaction
providing the community a passion for thinking
outside the box and treating customers’ projects
like they are his own.
